Ron Frederick, Senior Commercial Real Estate Specialist, has been with Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL since 1999. Active in real estate development for over 25 years, Ron has a vast knowledge of commercial real estate from the ground up.
Ron’s background takes him far beyond real estate sales, to the hands on experience of planning, engineering, architecture, construction, and beyond. Although specializing in warehouse and flex space, Ron has worked on all types of commercial projects with some of the largest national tenants in the area.
Before entering the real estate field, Ron owned and managed a large manufacturing and distribution facility, employing as many as 70 people. He has been married for over 23 years and has three boys, all of which are following in their father’s footsteps in their interest in real estate development, sales and procurement.

Aiden obtained his commercial real estate degree from the University of Greenwich in London, and upon graduating took a position at the prestigious West End Surveying firm Edward Erdman. After three years of practical experience he was awarded the professional designation R.I.C.S. (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). His experience at Edward Erdman was focused in the commercial auction division of the firm and involved appraising, marketing and sale of national retail stores.
To further his academic competency Aiden returned to graduate school and enrolled in an M.B.A. program at the University of Ulster. He wrote his thesis on “Property Fund Management” based on real life examples at Irish Life Insurance Company. On a trip to Florida Aiden became intrigued in the American real estate industry. Soon after he emigrated to the U.S.A. and studied for the real estate license and later for the broker designation.
He held the position as Vice President of Hammock Beach Real Estate for eight years from 2000 to 2008 and later the Qualifying Broker for both Coldwell Banker Feltrim and Central Florida Leasing and Management.
Aiden’s passion has always been in the commercial sector of real estate and believes that Prudential Commercial has the vision and leadership in place to emerge as the dominant commercial office in NE Florida for 2012.
Cornelia Downing-Manfre is co-manager of our Palm Coast location and an accomplished real estate broker with more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience in New York for Fortune 100 firms. Cornelia’s expertise in these roles extended to counseling on all phases of franchise development and negotiation of brand expansion. Her knowledge of all phases of corporate brand growth and development is a great benefit to the company.
John W. Trost, CCIM is a commercial real estate specialist with Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL and has been continuously licensed as a real estate broker in the state of Florida for over 25 years.

CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis and form a business network throughout North America. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, less than 10% currently hold the CCIM designation.
John has been involved and is a tremendous supporter of various youth and high school sporting activities, including weight-lifting, football, basketball and golf. He has served on the Board of local Pop Warner Football, High School Quarterback Club and other non-profit organizations.
