Claude Gardner, Manager of the Commercial Division, Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL in Daytrona Beach announced the company received the award for being the top company in the South Eastern Region and placed number three nationally for 2009 production at Prudential Commercial Real Estate's annual convention held in Austin, TX. With the award Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL in Daytona Beach achieved status as a "Pinnacle" office in the Prudential System. Gardner said that since inception of the company in 2001, it has placed in the top three nationally each year winning the top award in 2006. Gardner commented, when you are competing with markets like New York, San Francisco and Las Vegas the magnitude of the award becomes clear.
